Founded in 2026, Connect Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving communities across North Texas and beyond. Our mission is to strengthen lives by providing compassionate support, fostering meaningful connections, and building pathways toward stability for individuals, families, and veterans in need.

How We Serve:
Emergency Support Kits
When someone is facing uncertainty, immediate support can make all the difference. Our Emergency Support Kits are designed to meet urgent needs, providing food, hygiene essentials, and basic necessities in one ready-to-go package.
Each kit provides:
Immediate nourishment
Hygiene essentials for basic cleanliness
Emergency blanket
Two pairs of socks
First aid kit
Flashlight
$20 = 1 Emergency Support Kit
Non perishable food items and water included in each kit.
